How does it work?
The SG-1000 console used cartridges and had a Z80 central processing unit (CPU) running at 3.58 MHz. The graphics and sound capabilities were decent for its time. The controller was designed to be easy to use, with simple button layouts for easy game play. And, interestingly, it was released the exact same day as the original NES. Too bad it didn’t also take the world by storm.
