Hey there, fellow coin enthusiasts! Today, I want to tell you about my latest adventure, in which I used my trusty time machine to travel to Andorra to acquire a couple of rare and interesting coins for my eBay sales.
Why Andorra, you ask? Well, it’s a small country with a rich history, and their coins have some fascinating designs that I know collectors will love.
So, I set the time machine to take me back to 1992, when the Andorran government first started issuing their own currency. I landed in a small village called Llorts, surrounded by misty mountains and winding roads. It was a sensory overload – the smells of earth and grass, the sound of cowbells, the feel of the crisp mountain air on my skin. I felt alive.

As I explored the village, I met a grizzled old man named Josep who was selling old coins out of a dusty wooden crate. His gnarled fingers clutched the coins like they were his children. I knew I had to negotiate hard to get the Andorra coins I was after.
Josep introduced me to some shady characters – two burly men with missing teeth and menacing glares. They claimed to have the coins I was after, but they wanted a steep price. I won’t go into all the details, but let’s just say I had to use my wits and charm to get those coins. It involved some crazy stunts, like jumping off a roof and wrestling a goat.

But in the end, I emerged victorious with two beautiful Andorra coins in my possession. One had a design of a mountain goat, and the other had a map of the country on it. I felt like a king.
Back in Canada, I listed the coins on eBay as a set sale for $500. It took a few months to sell, but I was patient. I knew that sometimes, the best things in life take time.
Looking back on my adventure, I realize that collecting coins isn’t just about acquiring rare pieces of metal. It’s about the thrill of the hunt, the people you meet, and the memories you make. I feel blessed to have the opportunity to travel back in time and experience all of that.
