eBay picture problem identified (Hostgator vs. eBay)

Thanks to our hosting company Hostgator's investigation, we have found the reason that the viewitem.php wasn't loading well: our php code required loading the full images from eBay (or whatever was hosting the seller's images; it's usually eBay) before sending the output to a visitor's browser. (The main image needed to be checked for size and resized for the box if necessary.) There was some problem with HG and eBay's connection and the data was too much or too slow or both.
We have stuck a quick fix in, and now the main image seems to be loading fine. We'll continue to tweak it a little and try to get the full picture display back, but for now it seems to be working better with the one enlarged image.
You can see this page for any item through the "See details..." links on the category pages under the "Shopping" menu.
