Today, I’m feeling excited to tell you about my trip to the Ghaznavid Dynasty in the year 1018 AD. As you may recall, I’ve built a time machine, which allows me to travel back in time to various countries to add to my collection or sell on eBay.
Now, let me take you to the land of the Ghaznavid Dynasty in 1018 AD. I’d been here before, as well as some of the neighboring countries like Khwarezmia and Samanid Empire, where I’ve sold some coins before.
I must admit I was a bit apprehensive at first. I wasn’t sure where exactly in Ghaznavid land I was or even how to figure it out. But I took a deep breath and decided to take things one step at a time. I explored the area, and after some research, I discovered I was in the town of Bost (modern-day Lashkargah, Afghanistan). Wow.

The Ghaznavid Dynasty was a prominent Islamic state at the time and was known for its impressive military conquests and architectural feats. To get some coins, I decided to try a quick street performance. I played a simple tune on my guitar, and before long, one kind soul gave me some coins. I was ecstatic and grateful for the chance to add some authentic Ghaznavid coins to my collection.
After a successful trip, I decided to keep some coins for myself, give some to my friend who’s also a coin collector, sell some on eBay, and even auction a few. The coins’ prices varied depending on their condition, rarity, and history. Some coins fetched a high price, while others were more affordable for collectors on a budget.
